- Baccus, Inc.
IT management and system administration services including: Linux file servers and Windows PC's. Installation and configuration of Linux based file servers using Samba. Providing on-site and remote system management thur SSH secure channels. Installation and configuration of Windows 98 and XP based PC clients.
- EBS/EBS Net
Designed and implemented an IMAP (Internet Mail Application Protocol) API, developed in C, and intended to allow mail client developers easy access to IMAP servers. The package includes a unique data-driven IMAP parser. Also included in the source suite is a command-line driven test client along with a mock IMAP server for API testing. The API has a small footprint and is therefore suitable for embedded applications. It was developed on Linux, but effort was made to facilitate porting to other platforms.
- Lockheed-Martin
Performed benchmark, design and implement a database and graphic user interface system (Motif GUI) for storing and processing very large array data (hundreds of gigabytes) from weather satellite instrumentation prototype tests. Evaluated data storage needs and benchmarked object and object-relational database systems, resulting in the selection of an object database product. Designed a problem-centered data exchange language simplifying data interfacing between database, GUI and analysis tools successfully decoupling GUI and applications from database code.

Led object-oriented C++ project. We architected system and led project team implementating a message translation system for an institutional securities trading system transition.
